Who is responsible for your information
Events on Eventikit are run by independent organizations. When you register, the organizer named on the event page decides what information is collected and how it is used. Eventikit provides the registration software and processes your information on the organizer's behalf.
What is collected
- The answers you give on the registration form, such as your name, email address, phone number and any questions the organizer asks.
- Your ticket, session and guest selections, and whether your registration is confirmed, waitlisted or cancelled.
- Payment status. Card details go directly to the organizer's payment provider; neither Eventikit nor the organizer sees your full card number.
- Waiver signatures and check-in times, if the event uses them.
- Whether the emails and text messages sent to you were delivered.
How it is used
Your information is used to confirm your place, send you event updates and reminders, check you in, and help the organizer run and report on the event. If the organizer connects a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot, your registration may be copied there. Eventikit does not sell your information or use it for its own marketing.
Emails and text messages
Every event email includes the organizer's details. Reply STOP to any text message to stop further texts for that event. Confirmation and essential updates about an event you registered for may still be sent by email.
Your rights
To access, correct or delete your registration, use the edit link in your confirmation email or contact the organizer. If you cannot reach them, email privacy@eventikit.com with the event name and we will pass your request to the organizer.
