What we use
Eventikit uses cookies and browser storage only to run the service. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, on the portal or on event pages.
- Authentication (strictly necessary)
- Keep you signed in to the portal and record whether multi-factor authentication has been completed for the session. Set by our authentication provider; they last for the session or until you sign out.
- Sign-in handoff (strictly necessary)
- A short-lived cookie that carries your dashboard summary from the sign-in screen to the portal. It expires after 20 seconds.
- Security (strictly necessary)
- Protect integration connections and forms against cross-site request forgery.
- Preferences (functional)
- Remember your theme, colour palette, table density and the organization you last selected. Stored in your browser and never sent to third parties.
- Registration progress (functional)
- On event pages, keep your answers while you move between registration steps.
Third-party content
Event pages that show a venue map load it from Google Maps, and pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address and browser details when that content loads, under Google's privacy policy. Payment forms are served by the organizer's payment provider, which may set its own cookies to prevent fraud.
Your choices
Because we only use necessary and functional storage, there is nothing to opt in to. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block authentication cookies you will not be able to sign in.
